Camtronome Cloud is an additional service for Camtronome metronome users who want to store their Camtronome metronome playlists in a cloud. Secure playlists backup in a cloud allows restoring it on any device, both Android and iOS. 1. REGISTRATION In order to use Camtronome Cloud, you have to Register or Login. After registering or logging in, you will be automatically brought to Camtronome application confirming you about being logged in. 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Camtronome Cloud requires latest internet browser installed on your device in order to log in. You can open the Login page yourself or by clicking the Cloud icon in Camtronome's playlists' list. 3. TERMS OF ACCESS In order to backup your Camtronome metronome playlists in Camtronome Cloud, you have to login as stated in (1). In order to provide the service, your e-mail address is required. When logging using e-mail + password, please remember to provide a valid e-mail address so that Camtronome Cloud can reset your password when forgotten. Camtronome Cloud is free to use for all Camtronome users. 4. PRIVACY Camtronome Cloud protects your privacy. For more info, please check Privacy Policy. 5. RESTRICTIONS You may create as many accounts as you want. However, only one account can be used at a time from Camtronome application. Also, you may upload unlimited number of Camtronome playlists, metronomes, metronome markers and metronome sequences. Audio track metronomes are not supported. If any of your playlists contains at least one audio track metronome, a warning message will be displayed. Backup sent to Camtronome Cloud will contain only your audio track metronome name and metronome markers list. When downloaded from cloud, you will have to pick proper audio track manually. But don't worry - Camtronome will guide you through the process. 6. HOLD HARMLESS AND LIMITED LIABILITY You agree to use Camtronome metronome and Camtronome Cloud at your own sole risk and agree to hold harmless Camtronome and Camtronome Cloud from any and all liability, harm, damages, costs (including attorneys' fees and legal and court costs), expenses, allegations, claims and legal action of any kind at any time or of any sort that may arise from your use of the Camtronome and/or Camtronome Cloud and/or any violation of these Terms or of applicable law. Your agreement to these Terms shall permanently and wholly bar you from any legal action of any sort towards Maciej Sznurowski for the use of Camtronome and Camtronome Cloud or any resultant effects of any sort, shape, kind or type, including any statutory and/or tort actions, specifically inclusive of any legal, action of any type, kind, or sort. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
