Welcome to Camtronome Cloud, a service provided by Maciej Sznurowski, an author of professional metronome application Camtronome. Camtronome Cloud provides an easy way to store your Camtronome metronome playlists in a cloud and later use them on your any of your device. This Privacy Policy explains how Camtronome Cloud collects, discloses and otherwise processes Personal Data (defined below) when you use Camtronome Cloud and all related tools, data, software, APIs and other services provided by Maciej Sznurowski (together with Camtronome Cloud), and your choices concerning our data practices. Camtronome Cloud uses your Personal Data in the accordance of EU General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR). “You” or “your”, as used in this Privacy Policy, refers to the individual to whom Personal Data relates. INFORMATION CAMTRONOME CLOUD COLLECTS When you Register or Login to Camtronome Cloud we use the Personal Data below. Depending on what type of login you select, different Personal Data will be stored by Camtronome Cloud: YOUR OWN ACCOUNT USING Register: We will store only an-email address you provided. Please note that in order to have your Camtronome metronome playlists stored securely, we need your real e-mail address so that we can reset your password if you forget it. No confirmation e-mails are sent during registration process. 2. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER The Data Controller of your Personal Data you provided to Camtronome Cloud is Maciej Sznurowski registered in Poland, author of Camtronome metronome application. You can download Camtronome on Android and iOS. 3. HOW CAMTRONOME CLOUD USES PERSONAL DATA Camtronome Cloud uses e-mail address you provided via Registration in order to in order to properly serve Camtronome Cloud service and identify you to distinguish your uploaded Camtronome metronome playlists from other user's. Camtronome Cloud also use Personal Data as necessary for the following legitimate business interests:

• To respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback or questions;
• To manage Camtronome Cloud relationship with you as a customer or user of our Service, which includes sending administrative information to you relating to our Service and changes to Camtronome Cloud terms, conditions, and policies, and asking you to leave a review or take a survey;
• To allow you reset your password in case you have forgotten it;

HOW CAMTRONOME CLOUD SHARES AND DISCLOSES PERSONAL DATA Camtronome Cloud does NOT share or provide your Personal Data to ANY third party except for IT Services provider, who is responsible for holding and running the Database Systems being used by Camtronome Cloud. No other third parties will see or have your Personal Data received by any form from Camtronome Cloud and systems it uses. 5. HOW CAMTRONOME CLOUD PROTECTS YOUR PERSONAL DATA Camtronome Clouds uses latest security standards to protect Personal Data being sent against unauthorized use. Camtronome Cloud uses:

• TLS encrypted connection preventing unauthorized access to data being sent
• Uses advanced methods to block Camtronome Cloud data being accessed by unauthorized entities
• Creates data backups

In order to provide advanced protection, Camtronome Cloud is being updated and tested against potential security issues. 5. DATA RETENTION Camtronome Cloud keeps Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
